The Europa Institute at the University of Zurich (EIZ) has published a book entitled ‘Bilateral Agreements III: Switzerland–EU – Initial Analyses’. The volume provides a comprehensive overview of the new agreements with the EU, which are currently being debated in the Swiss Federal Assembly.
I have authored the chapter on state aid. This chapter analyses and comments on the new state aid rules for the electricity sector, transport by rail and road and air transport.
